Online bookmaker Ewinner are allowing punters to bet on whether they’ll be more than 100 tram derailments in Wrocław this year.
At the time of writing, the odds are slightly in favour of MPK Wrocław reaching the 100 derailment mark.
The chances of 100 derailments happening in 2020 are reasonably high – last year MPK Wrocław had already hit 100 by the last week of October.
So far this year, things don’t seem to be getting any better. Earlier this month MPK declared that they would be repairing a lot of track to try and curb the derailments.
Following more problems last Wednesday, MPK also announced that their tram drivers would receive additional training as a means of reducing derailments caused by human error.
