Wrocław Set To Introduce Five ‘Green’ Tram Stops

Five Wrocław tram stops will eventually be surrounded by greenery thanks to a proposal from the Wrocław Citizens’ Budget program.

Last year the city organised a number of public consultations to help decide on various issues related to the proposal, such as which stops should be covered or accompanied with plants.

It was proposed that the five selected stops would be at Dworzec Główny, Arkady, pl. Bema, Galeria Dominikańska and pl. Strzegomski.

However we now know that stops at Rynek, Świdnicka, pl. Teatralny, ul. Widok and pl. Jana Pawła II will get the green treatment.

Once the work is complete, the stops should look similar to the image below.
