New Website Launched To Help Combat Hate Speech

The site is part of campaign run buy the "Wrocław For Everyone" organisation

The “Wrocław For Everyone” organisation have launched a new website to help deal with hate speech and hates crimes in Wrocław.

The ‘Report Nazism’ website includes information on how to submit complaints to the prosecutors office, what can be considered as hate speech and what to do when you see an example of hate speech.

We want to make people aware that such performances as Miedlar a week ago break the law and are subject to punishment. Police officers have a duty to respond to them.

Anyone who witnesses hate speech or racism in Wrocław can also report the case via email ([email protected]). The administrators of the website will then help in reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities.

The founder and editor of Wroclaw Uncut, Gregor has been running the website since its inception in 2012. A Wroclawian for almost 10 years, Gregor writes on a wide variety of topics including, food & drink, nightlife, local news and politics.
