New “Marina” Open On The Banks Of The Oława River

A new riverside recreation area on the banks of the Oława river is now open to the public.

Located by Walońska street, the "marina" reportedly cost ten of thousands of złoty to construct. The cash for the recreation area came from the Angel Poland Group, who presumably wanted to build something that would add to the value of the nearby properties they recently constructed.

This small development is the latest in a series of new riverside recreational areas that have really opened up the city's waterside to the general public.

While this new zone on the Oława does not offer the same great views as some of the boulevards on the Odra, it could well prove to be a much quieter and more chilled-out spot.
