World Games Opening Ceremony Details Revealed

As part of the 2017 World Games opening ceremony, 400 artists will perform on 3 stages at Stadion Wrocław in front of thousands of competitors and spectators. 

Tickets for the ceremony, which takes place at 7pm on Thursday the 20th of July, are currently available on the ebilet website for just 10zł.

The show, directed by Krzysztof Materna, will last two hours and feature performances from Natalia Sikora, Kamil Bednarek, Dawid Kwiatkowski, Lemon, singers from Capitol theatre as well as "world champion" djs.

They will be supported by some 150 dancers, including Wrocław's main cheerleading team. The ceremony will also embrace the theme of Wrocław's dwarves.

The spectacle will be broadcast live on free-to-air channel Polsat, while the sporting events themselves are to be show on Polsat's various sports channels.
