City Bikes Available To Rent Again On Wednesday

This Wednesday the popular Nextbike bike rental service will once again be open to cyclists.

At the end of 2015, Wrocław's city bike users had 74 stations and 740 bicycles at their disposal. In 2016 another two stations were added on ul. Strachocińska and where ul. Żmigrodzka and Kasprowicza meet, taking the number of bikes available up to 760. You can see all the stations on a map here

In 2015 a huge upturn in popularity of the service was recorded – between April and the end of November the bikes were used a record 860,000 times by almost 40,000 unique users. The upward trend continued last year and the service is bound to prove popular again in 2017.

Prices for the service are the same as last year; the first 20 minutes are for free, then the following 40 minutes cost 2 zł. After the first hour the price then increases to 4 zł per hour.
