New Waxworks Museum Now Open In Wroclaw

A new waxworks museum with 100 figures, most of which are from cartoons and children's movies, is now open on Piotra Skargi street.

If the photos are anything to go by, the quality of detail on show isn't on a par with the world's most famous waxwork's exhibitions, but the new attraction should still prove a hit with kids.

Characters such as Jack Sparrow of Pirates of The Caribbean, Gandalf of Lord of the Rings, Batman, Elsa from Frozen, Scooby-Doo, Shrek, the Smurfs and Darth Vader all feature. As do actors and singers such as Daniel Craig, Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry.

The museum is located on ul. Piotra Skargi 18 at Wzgórze Partyzantów and is open seven days a week (9am-6pm Mon-Thu and 10am-8pm Fri-Sun).

Tickets cost 25zl for adults and 18zl for concessions. Children younger than three can enter free of charge.
