Alibi Club To Close After 19 Years Of Parties & Live Music

Alibi, one of Wroclaw's best known and longest-running clubs, is to close its doors for the final time tomorrow night.

For 19 years the live music and party venue has been frequented by large groups of students thanks to its proximity to the University dorms.

According to the website wroclaw.dlawas.info, the reason the club is closing is due to its poor financial situation.

Announcing the news on their Facebook page, Alibi spoke of their regret about the closure but also stressed that they want to go out with a bang tomorrow night.

At the time of writing nobody has taken up the building left vacant by Alibi, however it shouldn't be too long before the offers come in given its attractive location.

Have you any many memories of Alibi club? Why do you think the venue has been struggling? Please let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
