OVO Bar & Restaurant stands out thanks to its original menu, a wide selection of cocktails, open kitchen, as well as the five-star standard service, friendly atmosphere, and exceptional attention to detail that make up the place's feel.

While OVO Bar & Restaurant's speciality is tapas, the menu abounds with unconventional dishes with interesting seasonal additions.

Despite OVO Bar & Restaurant being part of the DoubleTree by Hilton Wroclaw hotel, it is far from being a typical hotel restaurant. It is open to the citizens of Wrocław and all those visiting the city. Guests are welcome to come any time of the day, whatever the occasion. Wrocław hasn't seen a place like this before.

Only from December 20 to 30, you will be able to enjoy a special Christmas menu, including a goose breast terrine served as an appetiser with red cabbage jam, cinnamon and carrot butter on brioche toast.

We've prepared dishes specially for the Christmas menu. On the one hand, they draw on the atmosphere of the Polish Christmas, on the one hand offering a touch of novelty. Our leitmotif is the Polish cuisine enriched with bold inspirations from other parts of the world, chiefly the Mediterranean culinary culture – says Piotr Apanel, OVO Bar & Restaurant executive chef, whose previous employment history includes four restaurants awarded with a Michelin star, such as Gordon Ramsay's London establishment.

One of the main course highlights is grass carp served with poppy seed emulsion, collard greens with roasted brown parsnips, shallot, and the classic French veloute sauce (literally translated as velvet sauce). On the other hand the saddle of lamb is served, among others, with dates with aniseed purée, sage emulsion, mushrooms and cranberry granola. What about the dessert? Deconstructed poppy seed cake served with English cream is an interesting example. You will be surprised by more than its form.
